Always being the underdog and coming from a less fortunate background I feel like I have had to work harder to achieve what I have achieved so far.
Pre-RACE PREPARATION
As well as consistently training, I love this sport which makes me do everything I need to do to be ready for each race. Mentally I meditate using a mantra I learned from my mum called “ om bhurbhav sva”. I also give my brothers knuckles before I go to the gates.
