Ticketmaster:

You can purchase accessible tickets directly from the event interactive seat map, by calling 1300 446 925, or through our form and selecting Accessible Bookings as a topic.

Tickets for experiences are sent out 1 approximately 2 weeks prior to the event along with any event information.

Unfortunately, we do not take group bookings on our standard ticketsTickets are limited to 10 tickets per transaction.

All sales are final. Refunds will only be provided if the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. If you wish to change the name of the person attending the experience, please contact us at hello@ausxevents.com.au

Children aged three (3) and over will require a ticket to attend our events.

Children under three (3) are free to attend (seated on an adult lap).

Pit Party: 12:00 PM 

UVIP / VIP Early Entry: 2:30 PM 

Qualifying: 3:00 PM 

Gates Open: 5:00 PM  

Main Show: 6:00 PM 

Event Concludes: 8:30 PM

Important Notice: Limited Parking at Kayo Stadium

Please be advised that parking around Kayo Stadium is extremely limited. To help ensure a smooth experience, we strongly encourage the use of public transport wherever possible.

Shuttle & Bus Services:

  • From Kippa-Ring Train Station: Shuttle services will be operating on Saturday from 4:00 PM to Kayo Stadium. On Sunday they will be in Service from 1PM
  • Parking Available at Redcliffe State High School: Shuttle services will also run between Redcliffe State High School’s car park and the stadium, starting from 4:00 PM. On Sunday they will be in service from 1PM
  • Bus Line 690: Direct services from the Redcliffe waterfront to Kayo Stadium will also be available.

All services will operate until one hour after the event concludes.

5:30 PM – 7:30 PM:  Main Event 1

Sunday:

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Heats

12:45 – 2:00 PM: Main Event 2
