My goal is to try and make the final and learn as much as I can over the series for next time.
Career Challenges
I have had a few broken bones needing surgery. Exercise and physio helped me get back on the bike sooner.
Pre-RACE PREPARATION
I try to get some practice in beforehand. I get a good night sleep the night before a race and eat well.
