2 years ago, when I broke my ankle, I lost a lot of confidence but in the last 4-5 months it has all come back and I’m better than ever.
Pre-RACE PREPARATION
I like to listen to music and pay attention to the Rythm and make sure I am well hydrated and have eaten for energy. I visualize the perfect lap in my head before every race and imagine my starts for the best start and race ever.
