Career Challenges
2023 has been a year of challenges, with multiple big injuries to overcome. A lot of rest and rehabilitation has got me to overcome these.
Pre-RACE PREPARATION
By riding as much as possible weather it’s on the moto or on a mtb. I also need to keep race days light harted so I can enjoy them. I always must scratch a new helmet before wearing it and if I have a crash in one set of gear on a day I change it before my next ride.
